1) Witnessed a patient emotionally or physically deteriorate due to lack of resourcing or staffing available in the mental health sector
2) Faced or have been expected to endure unfair working conditions (e.g inadequate pay, excessive caseload) as a result of underfunding or understaffing within NSW’s mental health sector
3) Have experienced a decline in your own wellbeing due to the current flaws inside NSW’s mental health system
4) Have left or considered leaving NSW Health to work for the private sector, or within another state due to any of the above concerns
